TZIU MARTINE Vermentino di Sardegna 2023

Tziu Martine from the Berritta Dorgali farm is a pure Vermentino . With its distinct fresh and saline character, it carries with it the Mediterranean and balsamic notes of the Sardinian land. Careful vinification with indigenous yeasts has preserved the typical aromas of this grape. Citrus and fruity notes accompany the delicate and well-defined sip resulting from the short maceration on the skins.

The label is inspired by the wild and unspoiled, yet welcoming beach of Ziu Martine in Cala Gonone. Here you can find black pebbles and rocks, which is not very common in Sardinia, some of which even emerge at the shore and are of volcanic origin.

Perfect for refreshing on hot summer days or to accompany fish dishes.
