Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The User, as a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of the Products, as established by art. 52 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), without having to provide any explanation and without penalty.

The User may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the moment in which the User, or the third party other than the carrier and designated by the User, acquires physical possession of the Products.

This right is obviously not exercisable, for reasons related to the very nature of the products, to items belonging to the following categories:

- marked with symbols, writings or other indications that concern a close expiry date
- belonging to the "Last Minute" category (sold at particularly discounted prices due to their reduced shelf life)
- fresh

EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Since this is the sale of food products for reasons of hygiene and customer protection, the right of withdrawal is not applicable.
You are therefore granted the right to return the goods purchased only for non-conformity of the order or products.

REFUSAL OF PACKAGE OR IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY

In relation to food products within the order, the right is reserved to verify the integrity of the products that return to the warehouse after issuing a refund or new order.

RETURN OF A NON-CONFORMING AND/OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

If you have received a product that is clearly damaged, non-compliant, defective or incorrect, you can request a refund for the item by notifying our customer service.
Upon receipt of the order, you must promptly communicate the non-conformity.
