This Riesling is a mineral with good acidity and structure, it will gain complexity with age (between 5 and 8 years) excels with fish and shellfish.
A wine originating from grapes grown on a sandy alluvial soil rich in clay (22%) poor in limestone. These alluvial-siliceous outcrops are locally covered with loess or silt deposits.
