Franciacorta NATURA zero dosage 2019

Only the vineyards capable of producing the most flavorful grapes are selected to contribute to the creation of NATURA Cuvée Millesimata dosaggio zero by "I Barièi," with its unmistakable mineral and powerful characteristics, like a wave crashing against the rock.

A warm color with very slight copper-colored glints; on the nose, it's a concentration of aromas: bitter orange, apricot, very mineral, reminiscent of toasted barley, flint, smoky hints of peat, wild herbs like fennel; the balsamic scent also continues in the mouth, with black pepper and anise. Very long and well-structured finish.

This wine can be paired with fine dishes from both sea and land cuisine: first courses with rich sauces based on poultry and game birds, or flavorful fish sauces.
