Lotamar's Limited Edition was made using a selection of the largest anchovies caught in April and May, when this fish reaches its highest quality.
The anchovies are caught exclusively in the Cantabrian Sea during the spring months and immediately selected one by one to be salted in barrels. They remain there for nine months, after which they are placed in the characteristic tin can with salt and brine.
Each brass casting is marked with the number of each operator and a limited serial number.
The product comes in a hermetically sealed can; a can opener (not included) is required to open it.
