Salted anchovies from Sicily Premium Selection, caught in the Mediterranean Sea: Processed during the day with salt from the salt pans of Trapani, and seasoned for at least 45 days to give the best organoleptic quality.
Once they have reached the point of ripeness, they are packaged in 100g transparent bags placed in a special machine that proceeds to seal them using the vacuum method.
