The Cantabrian salting "Black Label" from the Lotamar company is made with fish caught exclusively in the Cantabrian Sea during the summer months.
After fishing, the anchovies are processed entirely by hand and immediately selected one by one to be put in salt in barrels. Here they remain for nine months, at the end of which they are processed by hand and placed in the characteristic tin box with olive oil. Each fillet is tender, meaty, tasty and you will not find even a single bone! A true delight for the palate.
